ANNUAL SEMINAR OF THE CENTRAL AND DECENTRALIZED SERVICES OF THE MINISTRY OF FORESTRY AND WILDLIFE

The Minister of Forestry and Wildlife, Mr. Jules Doret NDONGO, presided over the opening session of the annual seminar of the central and decentralized services on Tuesday, January 27, 2026 in the Ongola hall of Yaoundé City.

During this working session, the Minister was accompanied by his colleagues for a discussion on the theme: “SUSTAINABLE MANAGEMENT OF FOREST AND WILDLIFE ECOSYSTEMS IN THE FACE OF EMERGING CHALLENGES.”

In his speech, the Minister warmly welcomed the staff of his ministerial department and called on them to take collective action in addressing issues such as deforestation, biodiversity loss, land conflicts, and climate change.
