Decision No. 0642/D/MINFOF/CAB of 28 November 2025 on the provisional suspension of activities within the forest exploitation titles of the Société Forestière et des Services du Cameroun (SFSC)

The Minister of Forests and Wildlife
Hereby decides:
Article 1: Pursuant to the combined provisions of Article 163 of Law No. 2024/008 referenced above, as from the date of signature of this Decision, activities within the forest exploitation titles of the Société Forestière et des Services du Cameroun (SFSC) are hereby suspended on a provisional basis for a renewable period of three (03) months. This measure is taken due to the company’s involvement in forest exploitation beyond the limits of Sales of Standing Volume No. 0903517 and No. 0903518 in the South Region, as well as the felling of protected tree species within Forest Management Unit (FMU) 10056, in violation of Articles 42, 59 and 167 of the same law.
