The Minister of Forestry and Wildlife informs the national and international public that a document entitled “Authorization for the Export of ‘Black Diamond’ from Cameroonian Territory to the United States” is currently circulating, bearing forged signatures and falsified seals of the Minister of Forests and Wildlife as well as the Secretary General of the said Ministry.
