The Minister of Forestry and Wildlife has carried out a working visit to the ministry’s newly acquired infirmary. This service, located on the 17th floor of Ministerial Building No. 2, is tasked with providing basic medical care and health services to MINFOF staff.

Thanks to the commitment of Minister Jules Doret NDONGO, the infirmary is equipped with comfort and medical equipment including scales, a blood pressure monitor, a treatment trolley, an IV stand, a glucometer, a privacy screen, a hospital bed, and a first aid kit.

This service carries out several activities including the daily recording of health parameters (weight, blood sugar, blood pressure), the provision of first aid during health episodes (hyperthermia, malaria, flu, typhoid, stimulants, dressings), as well as continuous medical care.

The establishment of this unit is in line with the objectives of improving the working conditions of the staff of this ministerial department, as undertaken by the Minister.
