AUDIENCE GRANTED TO H.E. MR. VIJAY KHANDUJA, HIGH COMMISSIONER OF INDIA TO CAMEROON

The Minister of Forestry and Wildlife granted an audience this Tuesday, June 24, 2025, to His Excellency Mr. Vijay KHANDUJA, High Commissioner of India to Cameroon. During the meeting, both parties exchanged views on matters of mutual interest, including forests, timber, and wildlife conservation.

On this occasion, H.E. Minister Jules Doret NDONGO received an official invitation to participate in an international conference on Big Cats, scheduled to take place in India this coming October.

Cameroon is home to iconic species such as lions, leopards, and panthers. This visit served as an opportunity to share knowledge and experiences on best practices in animal biodiversity management. The Minister reaffirmed Cameroon's commitment to participating actively in the upcoming conference.
