December 15 has become the day set aside for MINFOF personnel to be conferred rank of insignia awards, from 2023 till today 2025 being the third edition. At the courtyard of the National Forestry School, Mbalmayo, some 280 staff of the ministry of forestry and wildlife were awarded epaulettes ranging from forestry engineers and technicians.
In his address, Minister Jules Doret Ndongo reminded the recipients that the epaulettes is proof of their professionalism, bravery, loyalty and endurance. He urged the promoted to demonstrate resilience, self-sacrifice and dedication in performing their duties.
The ceremony is part of the innovations and reforms undertaken by MINFOF to improve the working conditions of those in the forestry sector.
